What you'll do:
- Prepare and deliver daily HR KPI reports across the Baltics (e.g., fluctuation, sickness rates, etc.)
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Support management with data-driven recommendations
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor HR performance KPI
- Support personnel planning and cost budgeting processes
- Stay up to date with trends in people analytics, data science, and HR technology
- Contribute to analytics and activities related to total rewards (compensation & benefits)
About you:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization, ect.)
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
- Relevant university degree (e.g., in Economics, Business, Statistics, HR, or related field)
- Experience working with SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to evaluate data, draw conclusions, and present them to internal business partners
