What you'll do:

• Collaborate with agency and cross-functional partners to brainstorm and develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels, based on the campaign plan
• Develop creative, on‑trend and reactive content using CapCut and Canva
• Lead influencer partnerships by briefing, budgeting, content reviewing, and performance tracking
• Plan and execute product PR activities and launch campaigns
• Analyze social media performance data, prepare monthly reports, and optimize strategy
• Contribute to budget planning and optimization, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend marketing strategic adjustments to maximize results and engagement

About you:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in social media, influencer management or the creative marketing field
• Fluent Lithuanian and very good English language skills (B2 level)
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to create engaging short‑form content using CapCut, Canva and other tools
• Deep understanding of internet culture, platform‑specific trends, and audience behavior
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimize content
• Very good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, as well as coordinate the agencies
• A proactive, creative mindset - comfortable pitching ideas, experimenting with formats, and taking ownership of execution
