What you'll do

• Coordinate, manage and optimize goods flow in internal systems
• Participate in non-standard situation solving – from delivery challenges to quality issues
• Analyze sales data and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Ensure consistent product availability and smooth daily operations while collaborating with cross-functional departments in Baltics
• Participate in seasonal business by preparing demand analyse, creating ordering plans and following up execution/performance

About you

• University degree
• Proficient in Google sheets / MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience in related field will be considered as an advantage
• Very good English language skills (B2 level or higher), German would be considered as an advantage
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends and make decisions
• Team player with good communication skills
• Responsible and result-oriented personality
• Problem solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
