What you'll do:

• Take ownership of all recruitment steps by sourcing, screening, shortlisting and hiring candidates for various positions
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on personnel selection
• Work closely with colleagues from other Lidl countries, sharing best practices and contributing to cross-country recruitment projects
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment data in the SuccessFactors system
• Assist in employer branding activities and content creation to attract top talents
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies, if needed

About you:

• Higher education
• Minimum 1 year of experience executing full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
• Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English (B2 or higher level)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Good MS Office or Google Workspace skills
• High sense of responsibility and a desire to achieve results – both individually and within a team
