What you'll do
- Take full responsibility for the performance and operation of store and warehouse technical systems, including product refrigeration, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), electrical installations, PV stations and EV charging stations
- Actively cooperate with international suppliers and service providers to resolve technical issues promptly across Baltic sales and logistics locations
- Monitor and analyze KPI metrics to identify optimization opportunities, improve technical efficiency, ensure safety, and manage cost-effectiveness
- Support the implementation of digital property management platforms (IoT, XWeb) provide ongoing system support and maintain core technical inventories
- Serve as a vital link between central procurement, construction, logistics, IT, regional FM teams and sales locations
- Ensure all technical operations strictly adhere to corporate internal guidelines, standards, and legal regulations
About you
- University degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, including initial project management experience
- A strong technical understanding or engineering mindset, with experience or deep familiarity with building engineering systems and refrigeration
- Excellent command of the English language (minimum B2 level) for international communication. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage. Fluency in Lithuanian is required
- Proven ability to manage external service providers, coordinate complex workflows, and handle situational or technical negotiations
- A strong "cost-benefit" orientation, organizational clarity, and the ability to find efficient solutions under pressure
- Possession of a valid category B driver's license and readiness for business travel or mobility across the country if needed
