What you'll do

• Prepare daily HR KPI reports across the Baltics (e.g., turnover, sickness rates, etc.)
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support management with data-driven recommendations
• Develop user-friendly dashboards and presentations to monitor HR performance KPI`s
• Contribute to analytics and activities related to total rewards (compensation & benefits)
• Support headcount planning and personnel cost budgeting processes 
• Stay up-to-date with trends in people analytics, data science, and HR technology
• Contribute to process optimization and daily task automation to reduce manual work 

About you

• Relevant university degree (e.g., in Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field)
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Apps Script, Looker, and BigQuery)
• Experience working with SAP is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
• Ability to evaluate data, draw conclusions, and present them to internal business partners with confidence
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Solution-oriented mindset combined with strong logical thinking and sense of responsibility
