Annual salary: starting from € 18.446,40, overtime rates are not included in this salary, and everything is paid by the minute!

Summary

We are looking for our new member of the administration team, the most efficient support to the daily operations!

What you'll do

Accounting

• Assisting the preparation of the accounting closure of the month

Store and Warehouse Inventories

• Assisting the processing of the warehouse and store inventories
• Registration of direct deliveries of goods
• Registration of store and warehouse accounting documents

IT Systems

• Supporting the monitoring the data processing of day closings, system interfaces, store and warehouse accounts and data backup
• Assisting the management of hardware devices
• Supporting the management of operational activities in accordance with the IT departmentof the General Management (e.g., connection of new PCs)
• Cooperation in supporting stores on IT-related issues

Other Administration Activities

• Responsibility for electronic price tickets
• Excise duties
• Archiving of store documents (reconciliations - tax documents)

What you'll need

• Secondary level of education;
• Knowledge of English both verbal and written;
• Previous experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of Maltese and Italian will be considered an asset;
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
• Capable of working on own initiative and in a team environment;
• ECDL literate;
