Annual salary: €39,577.72
As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate activities related to the construction of new stores and the modernization of existing ones. You will manage tenders, organize the work of contractors and assigned professionals, and ensure compliance with established deadlines. You will be responsible for construction site accounting and invoicing, optimizing costs and work progress processes.

What you'll do
The main tasks of the Construction Manager are:

Evaluating the technical and construction feasibility of projects

Communicating with the relevant authorities for the management of construction and opening procedures (e.g., DIA, building permits, waste disposal procedures, etc.)

Managing tenders

Coordinating and verifying the quality of work performed by contractors

Monitoring the progress of construction work on site and ensuring its quality in compliance with established deadlines

Managing, monitoring, and optimizing costs.
What you'll need
The requirements for the Construction Manager position are:

Degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture

2-3 years of previous experience in project and construction management

Fluent English

Basic Italian
-
High problem-solving skills

Flexibility and dynamism

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
