Summary

The Facility & Maintenance Technician provides support in the real estate management of the logistics platform in Burmarrad. They ensure the correct functioning of systems, equipment, and vehicles on-site, and manage services related to both internal and external areas.

Additionally, they supervise administrative activities and coordinate with other company departments and external suppliers to organize maintenance interventions and repairs.

What you'll do

As a Facility Manager Assistant you will support the Facility Manager in managing the logistics platform’s real estate.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the accurate planning of routine maintenance and services related to both internal and external areas of the logistics platform

• Managing breakdowns and anomalies

• Supervising suppliers within the logistics platform and verifying the quality of assigned work

• Scheduling and coordinating periodic inspections and checks of systems, equipment, and vehicles

• Procuring tools and materials

• Monitoring temperatures in refrigerated areas

• Ensuring proper functioning of systems and safety equipment

• Preparing and analyzing reports

• Supporting cost analysis, optimization, and system management

• Participating in energy-saving project management

What you'll need

• Technical oriented education

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Previous technical experience in the maintenance/ facility management field preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills
