In this role, you will participate in a job rotation program, working alongside experienced colleagues and managing projects independently. Activities will take place both at the office and across the territory covered by the regional Real Estate & Property office.

The position is based at our offices in Malta (Burmarrad) and involves travel across the Maltese territory.

You will be involved in two main areas: Real Estate Development and Construction.

 

Real Estate Development

Working alongside the Real Estate Development Manager, you will interact with various stakeholders, participate in the evaluation and management of real estate operations, and be involved in gathering information and handling the technical and administrative documentation required to open a new store.

 

Construction

Working with the Construction Manager, you will learn how tenders are organized and managed, visit construction sites to monitor progress and quality, and liaise with relevant authorities to manage the procedures for building and opening a new store.

What you'll need

The requirements for the Junior Project Manager position are:

  • A technical degree
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
  • Some prior work experience
  • Proactive and goal-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
