As a Real Estate Development Manager, you will actively participate in implementing territorial expansion strategies in your assigned geographic area: you will research and acquire locations for opening stores, evaluate various opportunities, and manage real estate transactions until their closing. You will liaise with other company departments, public administrations, property owners, and industry operators to identify and create new opportunities.

What you'll do

The main duties of the Real Estate Development Manager are:

 

  • Managing and coordinating the activities required to open new stores

  • Monitoring the relevant area to gather information regarding the availability of land or properties

  • Creating new real estate development opportunities through relationships with public and private entities

  • Analyzing technical and legal documentation pertaining to the properties or identified areas

  • Studying and verifying the technical and economic feasibility of operations

  • Negotiating and conducting negotiations with public and private entities

  • Liaising with public administrations to manage the permits required for real estate transactions

  • Managing contracts.

What you'll need

The requirements for the Real Estate Development Manager position are:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Architecture, Urban and Environmental Planning, Civil or Building Engineering) or a business management degree (Economics or Management Engineering)

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Fluent English

  • Basic Italian

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented approach

  • Strong propensity for commercial negotiation

  • Excellent knowledge of real estate dynamics and the legal aspects associated with various transactions

  • Knowledge of the local area and the operating mechanisms of public administrations.
