Summary
Our Warehouse Supervisors form part of the management team within the warehouse and, therefore, have a very important role within the organization. In their day-to-day tasks our Supervisors assist the Assistant Warehouse Manager in the smooth running of the warehouse and, in the absence of this figure, manages the warehouse independently. This means ensuring that the warehouse concept is applied correctly and in accordance with the principles of simplicity & productivity. Moreover, our Warehouse Supervisors ensure that the warehouse operations are processed smoothly, in accordance with the statutory provisions.

We are currently looking for new employees, offering different types of contracts to suit your needs (part time and full time).
What you'll do
- Supporting the training of new employees;
- Ensuring that the workplace and tools are kept clean and tidy;
- Picking goods according to the orders received from the stores;
- Putting out materials for promotional plans;
- Sorting and preparing returns for resale or for sending back to suppliers;
- Processing breakages suitable for resale and preparing allocation to stores;
- Rotating goods in accordance with their pre-collection date;
- Carrying out warehouse inventory activities (for example: physically counting goods and pallet leveling);
- Checking the quality and quantity of incoming goods;
- Implementing Company directives to ensure that the cold chain is maintained.
What you'll need
- Must be at least 18 years old;
- The flexibility to work on different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays;
- A positive attitude in the face of changing priorities;
- A friendly communication style with your team and suppliers;
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office package;
- The drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent knowledge of the English and Italian is a must;
- Previous work experience in logistics or in structured warehouses will be considered an asset.

Remuneration:
- Different options of contract are available: full time, 40 hours per week, organised on 5 days (8 hours per day) or a part time, of minimum 25 hours per week, organised on 5 days (5 hours per day);
- Annual salary: starting from €19,122.60
- Any minutes worked over 40 hours per week are paid at time and a half;
- Sundays and public holidays are paid at double rate;
- Night shift allowance when applicable;
- Everything is paid by the minute!
