Summary

Thanks to you, Fatima, Mark, Agnieszka and Ibrahim will have a delicious fresh meal tomorrow. But don’t worry, you don’t have to cook for them – your job as an orderpicker is to make sure they have everything they need. You’ll immediately become part of a diverse group: #teamlidl! In our warehouse, there’s always plenty to do. On a busy day, we can pick and send out up to 3.000 pallets. That’s a lot of groceries! 

Working as an orderpicker is definitely something for you. 

What are you going to do?

Ready? Set? Go! Your headset tells you which products you need to pick and where to find them. You drive around the warehouse on your electric pallet truck, loading pallets full of bottles of shampoo, jars of peanut butter or bags of coffee. You don’t need a driver’s licence, because we’ll teach you how to drive safely.  

Check, check, double check. Got everything you need ready and properly stacked for transport? Great! Tomorrow, our shelves will be full and our customers will be happy – all thanks to you. Nice job!

Who are you?

You’re someone we can rely on. No experience? No problem! As long as you work accurately, we’ll teach you everything else you need to know: from our pick-by-voice system to driving the pallet truck safely. You also need to be:
- 18 years or above

- Available at least 21 Saturdays and 12 Sundays per year

- Helpful: together with your #teamlidl colleagues, you’ll make the most of your work

- You’ll earn a good salary from €15.57 incl. 8.1% ADV surcharge per hour, in accordance with VGL CAO and various surcharges (such as 30% Saturday surcharge);

- You’ll work in a clean and safe warehouse, where you can keep developing yourself
- You’ll get a travel allowance if you have to travel more than 10 km to work
