Your job as a logistics sortation employee
As a logistics sortation employee, you will sort items and ensure they are ready for shipment so that customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You will make sure that incoming products are correctly separated based on destination, customer, or delivery route. You work accurately and efficiently, and together with your colleagues, you keep the sorting process running smoothly and quickly. You will handle light products like clothing, tools, and toys, and the boxes are never bigger than a microwave. No weightlifting, but plenty of movement.

What will you be doing exactly?

• Sorting items based on customer orders.
• Checking if the items are undamaged and properly packed.
• Ensuring all shipments are correctly sorted by destination, customer, and delivery route.
• Collaborating with other departments, like pick and pack.
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized.
