What key responsibilities you will have?

Your main duties as an Admin Employee will be:

  • Control and approve invoices as well as the administration
  • Maintain contracts (of suppliers) and communicate with our HQ colleagues NL and GER
  • Ordering of consumables
  • Taking care of our reception
  • Supporting with different administration tasks

Who are you?

  • Experience in administration tasks
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with MS Office

From our headquarters in Neckarsulm (Heilbronn region, Germany), we develop modern, future-oriented logistics concepts and support the establishment of new distribution centres.
Our distribution centre in Venlo is a strategic buffer DC within our e-commerce supply chain. The goods are shipped directly from the port to our distribution centre, where we manage buffer stocks for our online distribution centres. From these distribution centres, the orders are shipped to our customers.
