The Role
As a Process Controller, you are the connecting link between operational departments, ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. You constantly maintain oversight and step in when needed. Your responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and adjusting logistics processes such as inbound, internal transport, order picking, and shipping.
• Analyzing data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Actively coordinating with different departments to optimize the flow of goods.
• Resolving operational disruptions and workflow issues.
• Acting as a point of contact for operations and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams.
• Reporting findings and results to the Team Manager.
Wie ben jij?
• You have a vocational diploma (MBO level 4) or demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• You have strong analytical skills and get to the heart of problems quickly.
• You have a hands-on, proactive attitude.
• You are skilled at switching between different processes and departments.
• You are stress-resistant, confident, and forward-thinking.
• You are experienced with MS Office and preferably SAP.
• You have a good command of either Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
