Your role

• Direct, motivate, and evaluate the regional team in line with corporate guidelines, creating a positive work environment, delegating effectively, and driving individual career growth.
• Oversee the expansion strategy by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating high-potential retail locations, property acquisitions, and leases to drive continuous portfolio growth.
• Take responsibility for resource and headcount planning, operational cost management, and continuous tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet operational and financial goals.
• Coordinate construction projects according to Lidl standards, managing timelines, budgets, contractor assignments, and the acquisition of all required legal operating permits (e.g., fire safety/ISU).
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and workplace safety standards while active implementing risk-mitigation measures and CMS HR protocols.

Your profile

• Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a management/leadership position within Real Estate development, expansion, or commercial property management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation prowess, decision-making capabilities, and team management skills.
• High willingness to travel frequently across regions (approx. 50% travel required) and a valid driver’s license.
• Readiness for national and international career mobility.
• Result-oriented approach with high standards for quality, cost efficiency, and legal compliance.
