Summary

£29,700* - £37,400* per annum | 30 – 35 days’ annual leave | 10% in-store discount card | Pension scheme
The purpose of this position is act as a support role in the execution of best in-class brand and trade-driving campaigns to deliver against business strategy and objectives. You'll work with Campaign managers to support the production and delivery of through the line campaigns, managing product samples and signing off on campaign assets.

What you'll do

  • Working closely with the Planning team to ensure relevant products are supported through relevant campaigns
  • Liaising with Buying teams to order and manage product samples for shoots and providing admin support to the Campaigns team where required
  • Collating assets and product information
  • Ensuring all marketing materials have been through the necessary sign off processes with internal stakeholders, and that all information and prices are accurate, meeting internal and industry guidelines
  • Working with agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring all campaigns, content and projects are delivered on time across all channels
  • Managing campaign documents ensuring information is relevant and kept up to date (Campaign book, Events theme planner, Marketing huddle status etc.), filing decks and campaign assets as well as weekly competitor reports
  • Lead with a cost-awareness culture, raising POs and reporting spend to the Campaign manager

What you'll need

  • Experience in a fast-paced role with multi-tasking and prioritising
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills
  • Good understanding of marketing channels and content
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience of project management tools such as Asana
