The Customer Insights & Experience (CIX) Department is at the heart of driving customer centricity throughout the business. From Board members and Head Office to our Distribution Centres and Stores, the Customer Insights & Experience Department has a track record of successfully informing key decision makers on what shoppers and competitors think, say and do. All of this within a collaborative and high performance environment, in a fast paced industry where no two days are truly ever the same.

We are looking to expand the teams’ influence further with an Associate Consultant to support on Customer Research & Experience Insight topics. This role will bring experience and passion to provide actionable customer insights efficiently and simply to help us achieve our goal of Turning Customers into Fans. What you'll do

  • Responsible for seamless management and delivery of customer insights trackers related to Brand, Customer Experience and Campaigns.
  • Analyse Brand, Campaign and Customer Satisfaction tracking data, to identify trends and communicate opportunities to key stakeholders across the business to improve the customer experience.
  • Support and own strategic research projects, ranging from testing new campaigns to designing concepts and store initiatives to understand customer impact.
  • Holistic storytelling through close collaboration and utilisation of available data sources (such as consumer and retail panels) across the Customer Insights and Experience department.
  • Developing presentations and reports to influence key decision makers across the business including Commercial, Customer, Operational and Regional teams.
  • Support and manage external agency relationships and deliverables.

What you'll need

  • Experience in day to day management and delivering outputs from customer research and tracking studies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability and openness to triangulate research insights with other datasets (e.g., consumer and retail panels).
  • Experience in external stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides.
  • Team-first mentality, with an ability to collaborate with other team members and a range of departments across the organisation.
  • Confidence and resilience to quickly adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressured business environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Inquisitiveness to learn and expand insight skillset.
  • Self-motivation, organisation, and the ability to work independently to achieve results.
  • Strong decision making skills to cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines.
