We are seeking a proactive and tech-forward Digital Administrator on a 14-month fixed term contract to serve as the backbone of our digital operations. You will be responsible for maintaining our digital infrastructure, and ensuring our online presence runs seamlessly.

What you'll do

  • Support the delivery of best in-class brand and trade-driving communications across our digital channels, including our website, Lidl Plus app, newsletters and online advertising
  • Create and manage our web pages using our CMS system, working alongside agencies to maintain campaign, Always-On and BAU (Business-as-usual) web pages
  • Design and adapt digital content in accordance with existing templates. You will work closely with the Digital Designer to ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Create weekly campaign and trade-driving email newsletters in Salesforce by gathering internal information and building it into established templates
  • Ensure all digital marketing materials pass through the necessary sign-off processes so that pricing, information, and guidelines are 100% accurate
  • Collate and organise digital assets and product information to share with our agency partners

What you'll need

  • A good understanding of CMS systems and newsletter tools, such as Salesforce
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience particularly Photoshop for templated design work
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana
  • Strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • The ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • A meticulous eye for detail, rarely letting a typo or broken link slip past you
