We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Time Management Process Owner to lead on our workforce time management ecosystem. In this role, you'll take full end-to-end ownership of global and local time management processes, ensuring seamless integration from time recording systems directly into payroll. The system landscape includes major systems like SAP, PEP, Dayforce, and WorkforcePlus and the role will serve as a bridge between HR Operations and HRIT as well as operational departments in Sales and Logistics. In this role you'll drive quality assurance for all system and process updates while maintaining strict co-responsibility for GDPR compliance and global data protection standards.

What you'll do
- Taking direct process responsibility for all time management projects such as Absence Management 360, Rota Planning optimisation, Day-end compliance and promoting new system features and ongoing digitalisation
- Lead the continuous optimisation of SAP Time Management processes to ensure accuracy for payroll processing
- Creation of user guides, FAQs, and the delivery of system training to ensure high adoption of time management tools among employees and managers
- Translation of complex business requirements regarding scheduling, absences, working time into scalable technical requirements
- Regular execution and coordination of system tests during release cycles, system updates, and patches
- Partnering with other HR teams, operations and business leaders to advise on technical possibilities and process improvements
What you'll need
- Understanding of Lidl Time Management systems and processes from an operational perspective
- Functional knowledge of SAP Time Management modules
- Experience with SAP, S/4HANA and time management systems like Dayforce
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners
