As a 13 Month Temporary Assignment Marketing Administrator, you'll have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, as you will be responsible for the flow of product information across multiple sources.
You will collate and process all promotional product information, taking inputs from multiple teams and databases, and organizing this into central planning documents used by the planning team and wider marketing department. Stakeholder management is key to this role, as you will act as the primary point of contact for product information between the Marketing and Buying teams

What you'll do

Responsible for collating detailed product information from Lidl’s promotional buying teams to support owned channel planning and managing the creation of weekly advertising product lists

Act as the key user for PRIDAS (our internal tool to create advertising exports from our product database)

Edit all product information to create customer-facing copy for use across owned channel advertising

Ensure that the Lidl brand style guide and Tone of Voice are followed and adhered to when creating central product documents

Ensure databases such as the APT and Events Theme Planner are kept up to date as part of the promotional planning process

Serve as the point of contact for product information for the wider marketing department, responsibly handling any availability issues or missing information in a timely manner

Support the Team Manager with necessary administrative tasks to support the planning team

Carry out individual orders, arising from operational necessity, on the instruction of your superior
What you'll need

Previous experience using Adobe InDesign is essential (InCopy and Photoshop would be a bonus)

Previous experience using digital asset management and archiving collateral is essential

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency, with retail or FMCG experience being advantageous

To be a fast-paced worker with a high attention to detail and a process-driven approach

Strong organisational skills and the capability to balance multiple priorities

A proactive, inquisitive nature with an unwavering eye for detail

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders, ranging from commercial teams to creatives

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel or similar in Google Workspace
