What you'll do
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the team
- Managing recruitment email inboxes
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Professionally and accurately responding to enquiries from candidates and suppliers
- Supporting the candidate selection processes as required such as interview scheduling, applicant correspondence
- Managing the temp recruitment process and collaborating with our agencies within the office environment
- Handle queries around contracts and documentation
- Create and check employment contracts
What you'll need
- Previous administration experience essential
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment would be beneficial
- Good communication skills
- A strong multi-tasker with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Uncompromising attention to detail
- Able to use their own initiative
- Knowledge of Google suite will be advantageous
- A good team player with the ability to also work independently
