As a HR Services Administrator at Lidl, you’ll be supporting the HR Services & Employee Relations (ER) teams with essential administrative responsibilities.
As part of our HR dream team, you’ll play your part in the effective running of the HR Department. You’ll need to be highly organised - but it’s also about being compassionate. What you'll do
- Expertly handle all correspondence with Managers via email, letter and telephone
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate data on our internal systems e.g. Case Management Tool
- Sympathetically handle sensitive Personnel information and minute take for Disciplinary and Grievance meetings
- Support the Regional ER team with administrative tasks, such as managing incoming queries to the Regional ER Inbox, drafting invite letters and collating administration packs, e.g. for investigations, disciplinaries, grievances etc
What you'll need
- Previous HR Administration experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Self-motivation with confident people skills, an excellent telephone manner and exceptional literacy skills
- IT skills with intermediate Word and Excel and experience of managing information on a database is desirable
- To be a strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Uncompromising attention to detail
