We are holding a Recruitment Day on 14th July 2025 at Fedcap, Ground Floor, Guildhall House, Guildhall Street, Preston, PR1 3NU.
We’re hiring now for the following positions:
- Cleaner (£12.75 up to £12.95 per hour)
Our recruitment day takes place between 10am and 3pm and will include a face-to-face interview.
Apart from your good selves, you will need to bring along with you on the day:
- Your eligibility to work in the UK documentation (we will provide a full list of acceptable documents with your invitation)
- Bank details (your own name must be listed on the account)
- National Insurance Card or number
- A P45 form from your previous employer
- Dates of pre-booked holidays
- A proof of address (driving license, Council tax bill etc).

Our store recruitment open days take approximately 1 hour to complete and will include a tour of the store and an interview. You will need to bring your right to work documentation with you, i.e. Passport, Share code etc.
What you'll do
- Thoroughly maintain your store to keep it looking its very best
- Keep your store’s trolley bays, car park, and outside spaces clean and tidy to make a great first impression
- Confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery
- Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste and recycling sections
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed
- Proactively make sure that hygiene, Health and Safety standards are upheld
What you'll need
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial but not essential)
- A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
- Passion to do the best job for your store and your team
- Drive and independence to carry out your tasks to the best of your ability
