We are looking for a confident and motivated, Property Administrator who will be the forefront of Lidl GB’s expansion plans in the Runcorn region whilst maintaining the smooth running of the Property Office.
You’ll support the Head of Department, as well as providing administrative support to the wider acquisitions and construction team.

Please be aware, should this Fixed Term Contract have the potential to go permanent, the colleague on the Fixed Term Contract will have first-refusal of the role (provided measures have been met).

What you'll do

  • Finance management: raise purchase orders, manage cashflow, petty cash and process invoices
  • Manage team inbox
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries and other paperwork
  • Pro-actively manage diaries, events, meetings and agendas
  • Maintain databases
  • Handle telephone calls, emails and post
  • Monitoring & cascade of domestic & international communications
  • Prepare legal paperwork for signature and processing
  • General office management tasks as required
  • We operate a hybrid working policy, with colleagues expected to work from the office a minimum of three days per week.

What you'll need

  • Excellent proven admin or secretarial experience, ideally in the property sector would be desirable
  • Great literacy and numerical skills and a real eye for detail
  • A flair for organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
  • Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
  • Compentent computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageous
  • Ability to thrive working in a fast paced environment
