As a Remerchandising Equipment Operative at Lidl, you’ll play a crucial role as part of our Regional Remerch team rolling out Lidl GB’s newest Merchandising concept throughout stores across your region.  From refurbishing stores to setting up new ones to assembling merchandising equipment, this the ideal role for a creative, all-about-the-details, person who wants to stand out from the crowd.

What you'll do

• Report to the Regional Remerch Manager 

• Assist the Regional Team Leader on regional remerchandising tasks

• Complete store equipment & signage picks in the RDC

• Break down and separate equipment returns into reusable equipment, recycling and waste

• Receive equipment & signage deliveries from our Luton Equipment Centre (LEC) and redirect to stores

• Prepare equipment returns to LEC

• Accept and check equipment and signage deliveries into the warehouse direct from suppliers

• Co-ordinate  accurate inventory, organisation & capacity of the equipment space in the RDC

• Support the department with new store openings installing equipment against planograms and store layouts

• Support the co-ordination of the ‘New Merchandising Concepts’

• Reliably working to strict deadlines, and rigid timescales

• Ably assisting and working alongside appointed contractors

• Ensuring company procedures, including health and safety

What you'll need

• Highly motivated team player and consistently proactive

• Ability to meet deadlines 

• Flexibility to work across the region

• A focus on compliance 

• A full UK driving licence
