Graduate Scheme 
Our two-year graduate scheme, for recent graduates, offers you the opportunity to undertake three or four rotations through our vital business areas. You will work in both project-based and operations-focused roles. The placement rotation allows you to continue working in your area of interest and expertise while being exposed to a variety of roles.

Placements may include experiences in:

  1. Merchandising
  2. Product development
  3. Sourcing
  4. Quality 
  5. Compliance and sustainability
  6. Artwork
  7. Logistics
  8. Corporate Function
  9. Information Technology
  10. Human Resources 
  11. Business Controlling 



Accelerator Scheme
Our two-year accelerator scheme, for young professionals with at least 1.5-3 years’ work experience, offers you the opportunity to undertake 2-3 placements over a 2-year period within different areas of our business. You will be exposed to both project-based and operations-focused roles.
 
You will have the chance to fast-track your career in a highly supportive team environment, whilst rapidly developing your skills and experience. You will go through a comprehensive development programme to gain real life operations and managerial training. We will offer you great opportunities to build a professional network and gain significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
