What will you do?
  • Perform helpdesk function duties
  • Provide daily IT support to end users
  • Setup, install and maintain Company hardware and software
  • Maintain and update the hardware and software inventory
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any IT related issues
  • Provide technical support to the network, systems and applications
  • Work with Head office or IT vendors for hardware/software support or deployment
What will you need?
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT technical support
  • Knowledgeable in Administration configuration such as, MS Azure, O365, Windows OS, and SCCM.
  • Strong PC troubleshooting skills (software and hardware)
  • Experience in programming such as PHP, MS Access or VBA is a plus
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of TCP/IP, network troubleshooting and networking equipment such as firewalls and switches is preferrable.
  • Customer focused
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and willing to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
