What will you do?

  • Actively participate in planning and implementation of the roadmap of the digitalisation initiative 

  • Guide and coach product owners and superusers through workshops, discussions, and scenario analysis to design solutions that can meet the user requirements and also ensure that the solution fits in with the technical requirements 

  • Work closely with product owners and super users to trully understand the business requirements and assist business analyst in channeling these requirements into technical requirements 

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure they understand what needs to be done and ensure they work within the coroprate technical requirements. Assist on milestone planning for key releases and sprints. 

  • Work closely with internal development to team to ensure that the development projects are compliant and that all technical documentation is sufficient and complete 

  • Ensure testing processes are followed and review developments within the DEV environment 

  • Participate in UAT sessions to garner a deeper understanding of user expectations and work on improving the development project process 

What will you need?

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical study  

  • 5+ years as a Developer with demonstrable experience in back-end and front-end development 

  • 1+ years as a Scrum leader / technical product owner and demonstrable experience in leading a development team in sprint planning, ticket/feature prioritization 

  • Experience with agile software development in Java, JavaScript (React & Node), and PHP 

  • Experience working with cloud native applications in Microsoft Azure and an understanding of a microservice oriented architecture 

  • Experience working with end-users, gathering requirements and alignment thereof
