Our two-year graduate scheme offers you the opportunity to undertake four six-month placements in different areas of our business. You will work in both project-based and operations-focused roles, and you will accompany senior staff on at least one international trip.
Placements may include experiences in:
- Merchandising
- Sourcing
- Quality and Production
- Compliance and Sustainability
Graduates with specialisations in areas aligned with our corporate departments are also encouraged to apply. The placement rotation allows you to continue working in your area of interest and expertise while being exposed to a variety of roles.
We are committed to your professional development, and alongside skills-based online training courses, you will be assigned a buddy and a mentor for the duration of the programme. At the end of the programme, we invite you to present a summary of your experience to our company directors. From there, you’ll be assigned to a role within the company that best fits you, your skills and the experience that you have gained during the programme.
How to apply
Applications for the graduate programme open in May and close at the end of June, with the yearly programme commencing in September. The scheme is open to graduating students, or to those who have recently graduated but may have deferred work for a year.
To be considered for entry, you will need to have a degree or higher qualification.
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to attend a half-day assessment consisting of a case study, presentation and interview.
